OPPORTUNITIES

Volunteer Opportunities Include:

Assisting with the Lighting Ceremony (set-up, coordination, clean-up)

Helping to install and remove lights on weekends (lifting, climbing ladders, organizing supplies)

Supporting the planning and organization of the event (administrative tasks, communications, community outreach)

Helping ensure a safe and joyful experience for all guests

REQUIREMENTS

Must be 13 years of age or older

Must be respectful, dependable, and able to work well with others

Must be punctual and committed to assigned shifts or roles

Must be able to follow directions from team leads and coordinators

Must demonstrate a positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed

For certain roles (e.g., ladder work or lifting), must be physically capable and comfortable with the required tasks

Volunteers under 18 must have parental/guardian permission

By signing up as a volunteer, you agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by CTLA staff or lead volunteers. You will act respectfully and responsibly while volunteering at Christmas Tree Lane. You acknowledge that you understand that volunteering for Christmas Tree Lane may involve physical activity, including but not limited to lifting, climbing, walking long distances, and exposure to various weather conditions. You agree to participate at your own risk and will not hold the Christmas Tree Lane Association (CTLA), its organizers, sponsors, or affiliates liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property that may occur during my participation.
